Jets GM didn't want to trade for Shonn Greene
The New York Daily News interviewed several people inside the Jets organization about what went down in the hours before the team drafted former Iowa running back Shonn Greene.
The Jets eventually traded third-, fourth- and seventh-round picks to get Greene with the first pick of the third round. But it was far from an easy sell to general manager Mike Tannenbaum. Now, as the Daily News reports, it looks like a brilliant move.
