Galleria of freshmen (newcomers) II

We tried to get all the true freshman photographed in the first scrimmage. We had another chance and I think we got most of them.

Hopefully, I don't forget junior college transfer QB Cody Sokol this week. So, while I'm thinking of it . . .

This is not Alex Imming, the walk-on from Sioux City who is listed as No. 6 and an "ATH" on the roster.

Barkley Hill will be a redshirt freshman next season when he returns from his ACL injury.

WR Reese Fleming had a fumble last week, but he reportedly tore it up during the week.

Here's mo' Reese. I'll pull myself out of this game now.

It's DE Daumantas Venckus-Cucchiara. Let's call him the Tao of Dau. OK, seriously, it's Friday.

LB Nate Meier looks very "Road House" to me. Like he could've been on the set doing battle along side Dalton against the evil Brad Wesley.

Here's juco O-lineman Eric Simmons. The question with him is does he redshirt? He has four years to play three seasons after transferring in from Iowa Western.

Here's Greg Garmon. Ready, set, go. Pretty much, right? He's in for 150 carries minimum.

Right boot.

More Mo' or Reese.

Is it how much walk-on RB Michael Malloy will play this season? Or is it will he play at all, instead redshirting?

150 carries? If Greg Garmon is in it, I think that's the minimum.

Also, remember Malloy suffered a torn ACL last season at Sioux City Heelan.
