Future Hawkeye Ben Brust lighting it up in Chicagoland

Ben Brust is such a basketball junkie, even his girlfriend has game.
What seems like an ideal arrangement went horribly wrong Dec. 11, when Brust made one of the biggest mistakes of all.
"I went to go watch a couple of buddies (New Trier's Alex Rossi and Fred Heldring) play, and of course that's the night my girlfriend has the game-winning shot," Brust said of Megan Woit's play for Mundelein in a 48-46 victory over Warren on Dec. 11. "I normally go to her games, but I wanted to watch Fred and Alex play Evanston.
