1. Iowa went 7-1-1 and 11-2 in the two seasons in which it played Utah State, 1957 and 2002.

2. The 1957 game was 70-14. It remains the Hawkeyes’ highest-scoring game. Running back Geno Sessi touched the ball three times for Iowa in that 1957 game. He scored three touchdowns.
