IOWA CITY — Iowa has sent another offensive lineman to the NFL.
The Seattle Seahawks drafted Iowa’s Mason Richman in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL draft with the 234th overall pick. He is the third Hawkeye drafted, following running back Kaleb Johnson and defensive tackle Yahya Black.
Richman’s call from Seattle follows four seasons as Iowa’s starting left tackle. He was an all-Big Ten honorable mention in all four years as a starter, but he did not receive an invitation to the NFL Combine.
