What to know: Iowa is bidding for its 30th consecutive win against Wisconsin. The Badgers’ last victory over the Hawkeyes was Feb. 11, 2007.
A victory also would send the Hawkeyes to the 20-win plateau for the ninth consecutive season and the 16th time in the last 18 years. And it would put them above .500 in Big Ten play for the eighth year in a row.
With nine games to be played in the Big Ten this weekend, 512 combinations still exist for seedings for the conference tournament next week in Indianapolis.
Most scenarios have Iowa as a 10- or 11-seed for the tournament, even with a win Sunday. The Hawkeyes would own a potential head-to-head tie-breaker with Michigan, but not with Oregon, Michigan State or Indiana. Iowa and Nebraska split their season series.
The top nine teams earn a first-round bye. The 10-seed faces 15-seed Wednesday; the 11-seed meets the 14-seed.
Wisconsin’s Serah Williams is one of only two player in the nation averaging at least 19.0 ppg and 10.0 rpg.
Sunday will mark the final home game for five Iowa seniors -- Sydney Affolter, Addison O’Grady, A.J. Ediger, Kylie Feuerbach (maybe) and Lucy Olsen.
