The 2023-24 Iowa women’s basketball schedule is complete

IOWA CITY — At last, we have a complete schedule for the Iowa women’s basketball team.

The Big Ten put the finishing touches on the Hawkeyes’ 2023-24 slate Wednesday morning.

Iowa, coming off a 31-7 season and a runner-up finish in the 2023 NCAA tournament, will play five weekend Big Ten games in front at Carver-Hawkeye Arena, which is sold out for the season.

Home Big Ten highlights include a showdown with Indiana on Jan. 13 in what could be a top-five encounter, and a regular-season finale March 3 against Ohio State.

Iowa goes to Indiana on Feb. 22.

For fans unable to get tickets at Carver, drivable road trips are Wisconsin (Dec. 10), Northwestern (Jan. 31), Nebraska (Feb. 11) and Minnesota (Feb. 28).

No Big Ten tipoff times have been released.

The Big Ten tournament is March 6-10 at Minneapolis.

Led by reigning national player of the year Caitlin Clark, the Hawkeyes kick it off Oct. 15 with an exhibition against DePaul at Kinnick Stadium.

The first regular-season home game is Nov. 6 against Fairleigh Dickinson.
