What to know: Iowa is 2-0 for the 12th straight year. The Hawkeyes got here with a 71-52 win over Virginia Tech on Sunday, led by a 9-for-9, 18-point beauty from Addison O’Grady.
Sydney Affolter made her first appearance of the season Sunday, logging 24 minutes and posting three points and six rebounds.
Lucy Olsen leads the Hawkeyes in scoring at 19.5 points per game. She is one of four players in double figures, and is followed by O’Grady (15.0), Hannah Stuelke (13.5) and Kylie Feuerbach (10.5).
This is Iowa’s first meeting with Toledo. The Rockets opened with a 71-68 victory over Marshall on Nov. 4.
Ginny Bogguss is in her first year at Toledo, and she inherits a program that has won the last three Mid-American Conference regular-season championships. Former coach Tricia Cullop is now at Miami (Fla.).
