Joshua “Juice” Lewis, a 6-foot-7 forward and 2025 recruit from Tampa, Fla., has verbally committed to sign with the Iowa men’s basketball program.
Lewis is ranked 62nd in ESPN’s Top 100 prep recruits for the 2025 class and was one of the highest-ranked uncommitted players remaining.
Lewis had committed to hometown school South Florida, but decommitted after the death of former USF head coach Amir Abdur-Rahim in November.
He is averaging 17.1 points for Blake High School in Tampa. Blake reached Florida’s Class 5A championship game last season.
Auburn, Michigan State, Michigan and Marquette were among other schools who offered scholarships to Lewis, a 4-star recruit. Lewis made an official visit to Iowa last week.
