Gaelic Storm, the steerage party band from “The Titanic,” will be reeling into downtown Waterloo for concerts at 9:30 p.m. Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday, to headline the 12th annual Iowa Irish Fest. The weekend Celtic celebration also spotlights local and regional bands, including Eastern Iowa’s Wylde Nept at 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday on the indoor Jameson’s Stage. Other activities include Irish dancers, 5K run, Highland Games, pipes and drums, artists’ and chefs’ showcases, cultural events and workshops, motorcycle ride, rugby and soccer tournaments, whiskey tasting, family activities and Sunday morning Mass in Lincoln Park.
