Spots in the voluntary simplicity discussion course, a joint effort of the Indian Creek Nature
Center and Prairiewoods, have all been filled. So the nature center is offering a second five-week discussion course that introduces various aspects of simple living.
Discussions will begin on Wednesday, January 27 from 6:30 - 8 p.m., and continue on Wednesday evenings through February 24
th
. Discussions will be based on readings featuring: The Meaning of Simplicity, Living More with Less, Making a Living, Do You Have the Time?; and Living Simply and Sustainably.
Call the Nature Center at (319)362-0664 to register for the series. Participation fee includes the book: Voluntary Simplicity. Members $30, Nonmembers $40.
