My heart still breaks in massive waves
That roll and splash upon her grave
Since she passed away
The loss of her is so painful it has to be a lie
My mind rejects the reality
that she's even died
I cast my eyes toward heaven
where God's iridescent angels glide
And dream of the day we'll reunite
