The Hanukkah (Chanukah) Menorah is an eight-branched candelabrum lit during the eight-day Jewish holiday of Hanukkah. The ninth holder at center, is called the shamash ("helper or servant"). The Hanukkah Menorah differs from the seven branched-Menorah of the ancient Temple.
