GALLERY: Runners take to Iowa City streets for Nearly Naked Mile

When University of Iowa students go on spring break in a week, exposing the skin to the elements will be easy to do where there's a beach and sunshine. Some got a little practice Saturday in Iowa City.
They stripped down to nearly nothing for the Nearly Naked Mile. Runners had to donate at least one piece of clothing to participate. The donated clothing goes to the United Action for Youth spring clothing drive.
The event awarded Best Costume and Best Group titles to runners afterward.
