Weight of the Nation – HBO Series: Film & discussion set for April 15

Mercy Medical Center, in partnership with the Healthy Living Coalition will be airing “Weight of the Nation,” an HBO series highlighting the current obesity trends in the U.S. and how we can start taking steps to turn this epidemic around. Join Beverly Freeman, RN, Mercy Clinical Health Coach on April 15, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. to view “Challenges,” a film featuring the external and internal factors that work as forces against being a healthy nation. Following the film, Freeman will lead a discussion and answer questions. The event will be held at Mercy's Katz Cardiovascular Conference Room (ground floor of Mercy's Lundy Pavilion). This event was rescheduled from a previous date due to inclement weather.
