Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate.
There is no substitute for your donation.
Giving blood is safe, simple and helps save lives. Each pint of blood that is donated may be helping as many as three people. The American Red Cross is the largest single provider of blood in the country. They provide blood to 3,000 hospitals across the country. About 38,000 people need blood each day in the United States. Those people count on volunteer donors to give them a chance at life. Thank you in advance for helping to save lives!
