UI DeGowin Blood Center High School Scholarship Recipients

The following local students have been awarded UI DeGowin Blood Center Scholarships for 2013. These students were chosen by their schools to receive the scholarship for their leadership in community service by promoting blood donation at their high school blood drives.
Iowa City City High: Liliana Coelho, Cecelia DeBoeck, and Emma Baxter
Iowa City West High: Anna Bigelow and Clarissa Peak
Solon High School: Mallory Carr and Kara Misel
Clear Creek Amana High School: Jessica Wayson and George Swenka
Cedar Rapids Prairie High School: Taylor Sanders
West Branch High School: Katie Schieffer
