Open house held Friday at His Hands Free Medical Clinic

Background:

When the His Hands Free Medical clinic had to move from its previous location to “make way” for the new medical mall, the organization approached The Building Pros of Eastern Iowa for professional help in the form of skilled labor and, in some instances, materials needed to refurbish what was to become their new location at 400 12

Today after hundreds of skilled trade union members, retirees, apprentices and numerous contractors have made the His Hands Free clinic's new home a reality.  His Hands offers free medical, chiropractic and limited prescription services and has averaged over 2000 patient visits a year.  Their new location will allow them to further expand free medical services during the coming months.

The Building Pros of Eastern Iowa is an organization representing all of this region's skilled trade unions along with union signatory general and specialty contractors.  The Building Pros represent over 15000 professionals who live, work and, as exemplified by the His Hands Clinic project, give back to their communities.
