Cardiologists, L.C. and Clark & Associates to locate in medical pavilion

Physicians' Clinic of Iowa (PCI) announces two local tenants for the 221,000 square foot patient-centered Medical Pavilion.  Cardiologists, LC and Clark & Associates-Prosthetics and Orthotics will lease 27,460 square feet and 2,580 square feet respectively.

“These are important specialty areas that are a natural fit for the Physicians' Clinic of Iowa Medical Pavilion and we are excited to welcome them,” said Dr. Bill Devine, President of PCI.  “This unique facility allows us to bring a variety of practices together under one roof for the benefit and convenience of the patient,” Devine says.

Cardiologists, LC is the first and largest cardiology practice in Eastern Iowa.  16 board certified heart specialists and more than 100 staff members will serve patients from Cedar Rapids and the surrounding communities.  “The decision to relocate to the Medical Pavilion was easy,” says Dr. Todd Langager, president of Cardiologists, LC  “The Medical Pavilion concept complements our patient-focused philosophy and we're thrilled to be one of the first tenants.”

Clark & Associates provides orthotic and prosthetic patient care services focused on improving the health status of disabled individuals.  With offices throughout Eastern Iowa area, they also provide off-the-shelf orthotics, diabetic footwear, and options for mastectomy patients.  Clark & Associates will be located on the first floor next to PCI-Orthopaedics for the convenience of patients and for coordination among providers of both practices.
