Iowa football vs. No. 16 Wisconsin: Predictions, How to watch
The Gazette
Sep. 22, 2018 11:00 am
Iowa (3-0) hosts No. 16 Wisconsin (2-1) in the Big Ten opener for both teams Saturday night at Kinnick Stadium. The Badgers are 3-point favorites and have won five of the last six in the Heartland Trophy series.
Here are predictions, pregame links and TV, radio and streaming info for the game.
Predictions
Marc Morehouse — Got to see it to believe it. Wisconsin 27, Iowa 21
Mike Hlas — A lot of people live near Kinnick Stadium. Fans at Saturday night's game, please be quiet after 9. Iowa 12, Wisconsin 9 (OT)
Jeff Johnson — When I was in high school, the drinking age in Wisconsin was 18. I never meandered across the border to take advantage of that law. Honest. No, really. Honest. Iowa 21, Wisconsin 20
Beth Malicki — I can guarantee Zach Johnson, Masters and British Open champ, is watching every second of this game with phone in hand to pester his Badger-loving agent. I wish I had an agent to mock come game time. All I have is Bruce Aune. Iowa 23, Wisconsin 21
Ben Visser — This is a classic Big Ten game between two power rushing attacks. Home field matters. Iowa 17, Wisconsin 14
Todd Brommelkamp — If you signed the giant Get Well card for Barry Alvarez at FRYfest, thank you but I had to recycle it. The post office wouldn't let me send it to Madison postage due. Iowa 16, Wisconsin 12
