Iowa football vs. Maryland: Predictions, How to watch
The Gazette
Oct. 20, 2018 7:00 am
No. 22 Iowa (5-1, 2-1) is a 9-point favorite as it aims for its third straight win Saturday against Maryland (4-2, 2-1) at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City.
Here are predictions, pregame links and TV, radio and streaming info for the game.
Predictions
Marc Morehouse — Don't drink so much Busch Light that you chase and catch a raccoon. Trust me, they hate it when you catch them, especially with your bare hands. Don't do that, kids. (If you do, send pics!). Iowa 33, Maryland 17
Mike Hlas — Maryland has a city called Ocean City. Iowa has a city called Prairie City. Seems about right. Iowa 35, Maryland 21
Jeff Johnson — I've got inside information that Iowa will throw to 12 tight ends in this game. Iowa 31, Maryland 17
Beth Malicki — My husband is on a diet and he also makes the dinners in our home. Please send help. And pot roast. Iowa 41, Maryland 30
Ben Visser — The season-opening win against Texas seems to be an aberration for Maryland. That and Iowa's offense is for real. Iowa 35, Maryland 14.
Todd Brommelkamp — Djimon Colbert complimented Maryland's trio of running backs Tuesday by referring to them as 'Three Dudes.' They must really tie Maryland's offense together. Iowa 31, Maryland 21
