Iowa bowl projections: Where the Hawkeyes are picked after Week 10
Nathan Ford
Nov. 7, 2018 12:00 pm
This week's Iowa football bowl projections are all over the board. Makes sense for a 6-3 team ranked No. 21 but coming off back-to-back losses to Penn State and Purdue.
Four of our select prognosticators below have the Hawkeyes going to Florida, including three picks for the Outback Bowl. The other half think Iowa will head west.
Of the eight, three agreed on both a bowl destination and opponent this week, a Holiday Bowl matchup against Washington being the most common pick.
Iowa hosts Northwestern this Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
Bowl projections
Jerry Palm, CBS Sports: Holiday vs. Washington
Mitch Sherman, ESPN: Redbox vs. Oregon
Kyle Bonagura, ESPN: Outback vs. Florida
Eric Single, Sports Illustrated: Gator vs. Florida
Bill Bender, Sporting News: Outback vs. Mississippi State
Jason Kirk, SB Nation: Holiday vs. Washington
Brett McMurphy, Stadium: Outback vs. Texas A&M
Kerry Miller, Bleacher Report: Holiday vs. Washington
