For the second time in four years (and three tournaments), Iowa will host first- and second-round NCAA women’s basketball tournament games at Carver-Hawkeye Arena as a No. 2 seed.
The Hawkeyes will take on No. 15-seed Illinois State at 3 p.m. Friday (ESPN) in the second game of a doubleheader. No. 7-seed Colorado (22-8) and No. 10-seed Creighton (20-9) tip off at 12:30 p.m. (ESPN News). The winners meet Sunday.
