Volunteers focus on rebuilding Cedar Rapids homes

The sounds of hammer and saws echoed along the Cedar River this morning as hundreds of volunteers from Church World Service, in partnership with Block by Block and the Linn Area Long-Term Recovery Coalition, launched their project to repair homes damaged by the devastating flood of 2008.
