Roads re-open after receding waters in Cedar Rapids

The City of Cedar Rapids has announced that the following roads have been re-opened due to receding river levels:
' 1st St NW between I Avenue NW to Penn Ave NW
' The intersection of Q Ave NW & 8th St
' Old River Road from Ely Road to Sunshine
' Ellis Road from River Bluff to Covington Road
' A Ave from 26th St to Linn County Solid Waste
' 21st St between C Avenue to A Avenue
Meanwhile, Otis Road from Cargill to the Fish Hatchery currently remains closed.
