Pouring new steps at Cedar Rapids Police Department
Workers are pouring concrete for new front steps at the Cedar Rapids Police Department this morning.
The steps were damaged by the June 2008 flood. A police officer at the front desk said some of the steps dropped six inches when they were underwater.
