Iowans can now download an app that can be used as a digital version of their driver's license at businesses across the state.

Linn County and the city of Cedar Rapids are looking to jointly fund a homeless systems manager for up to three years who will collaborate with service providers to streamline gaps in services for the growing population of those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The location is Linn County’s second resiliency hub, where residents in need can go during times of disaster, to access critical resources such as food, electricity and information.
