Mobile health fair comes to Cedar Rapids on Sunday

CEDAR RAPIDS - A mobile health fair where residents can get access to experts and information about a variety of health care topics takes place in Cedar Rapids on Sunday.
The 'Healthy You” event, presented by UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Iowa and Hy-Vee Inc., will be held from noon to 3 p.m. at Hy-Vee, 1843 Johnson Ave. NW.
Health and wellness material and resources will be available, as well as information about health risk assessments, a dietitian, healthy recipe cards and healthy snacks. Children can meet the UnitedHealthcare mascot, Dr. Health E. Hound, who will be promoting the importance of physical activity and healthy eating.
The mobile fair also stops in Davenport, Council Bluffs, Sioux City and Des Moines.
