Legislative forums begin Jan. 21 in Cedar Rapids
CEDAR RAPIDS - The League of Women Voters Linn County beings its legislative forums on Saturday, Jan. 21.
Linn County legislators Sens. Rob Hogg, Wally Horn, Liz Mathis and Dan Zumbach, along with Reps. Liz Bennett, Ashley Hinson, Ken Rizer, Kirsten Running-Marquardt, Art Staed, Louis Zumbach and Todd Taylor have been invited.
The free public forums take place from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. in the Hallagan Center at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids.
If possible, the forums are to be streamed live on the LWV Linn County and Pro Video Productions Facebook pages.
The forums are held on the third Saturday of the month while the Iowa Legislature is in session.
