Iowa city considers juvenile curfew

IOWA CITY - Should Iowa City impose a curfew on juveniles?
That's the question the council will wrestle with next Thursday. It's something that came up after a string of violent incidents involving minors this year.
The city today released drafts of an ordinance setting a curfew and another addressing loitering in streets and sidewalks.
Here's an online update with the basics. There will be more in Friday's newspaper.
There was a lot more information than what I could fit in the story. Normally, I'd expand on that in this space, but I'm pressed for time today and will be at Fry Fest most of Friday (hey, someone has to do it).
