Event-related street closures for upcoming July 4 holiday

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – July 3, 2012 - “Cedar Boat Club Fireworks” – On Tuesday, July 3, 2012, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.  Fireworks shoot to occur over the Cedar River adjacent to Ellis Park at approximately dusk and lasting about one half hour. For vehicular and pedestrian traffic safety purposes, there will be a temporary “No Parking – Tow Away Zone” on both sides of Ellis Boulevard NW in the Ellis Park area.
