Dubuque opens cooling centers for extreme heat event

Cooling centers are open to the public at the Comiskey Park Bldg. (255 E.24th St.) and Prescott School Neighborhood Resource Center (1151 White St.). Hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. They will be open from until further notice as temperatures are monitored.
