Council agrees to name road after Kurt Warner
The Cedar Rapids City Council tonight unanimously agreed to name an unnamed drive alongside Kingston Stadium as Kurt Warner Way SW.
Council member Chuck Swore also called on the Cedar Rapids school district to rename the field at Kingston Stadium after Warner.
Cedar Rapids native Warner is being honored for his NFL achievements.
