Cedar Rapids board reviews downtown parking plan
Cedar Rapids' SSMID (Self-Sustaining Municipal Improvement District) board reviewed the new Parking Strategic Action Plan today in The Gazette's Nile Kinnick conference room.
The plan was developed by Carl Walker, nationally known parking firm, with local community input.
