Iowa high school football scores: How the ranked teams fared in Week 9

A week light on ranked matchups will give way to even higher stakes next week. There will be Round of 16 playoff games in all seven Iowa high school football classes.
There still were plenty of exciting games this week, though.
Here’s how all 70 teams ranked in this week’s Gazette poll fared Friday night, the last week of the regular season for Class 5A, 4A and 3A and the first round of the playoffs for Class 2A, 1A, A and 8-Player.
