Iowa high school football 2023 playoffs: Here are the quarterfinal matchups

One win away from the Dome. The 2023 Iowa high school football playoff quarterfinals are set after Friday’s first-round (5A, 4A and 3A) and second-round (2A, 1A, A and 8-Player) games.
Teams were bracketed into four-team pods ahead of Friday’s round and the Iowa High School Athletic Association announced the host sites for next week’s games Friday night.
The 8-Player quarterfinals are Thursday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m.. All other games are Friday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. Winners will advance and be reseeded for the state semifinals at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls.
