The HACAP Food Reservoir is hosting its Community Food Drive throughout the summer.

HACAP Food Reservoir’s 20th Annual Eastern Iowa Freedom from Hunger Food & Fund Drive will kick off today and run through the end of September, collecting donations both online and in person for the nearly 40,000 in the community who struggle with food security

Kids who were signed up for the school supply drive received a free backpack plus all the items listed to start the 2021-22 school year. Families and community members on Wednesday also got their choice of food items they needed at a pop-up food pantry.
