Riverside casino to host Culinary Classic

RIVERSIDE - The Riverside Culinary Classic will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 18, in the Event Center of Riverside Casino & Golf Resort. Tickets are $40 per person and are available in the gift shop. The show is open to all ages and proceeds from this charity event go to the G.I.V.E. Foundation.

Guests will have the opportunity to sample food from Eastern Iowa's top chefs including soup, salad, seafood, pork, duck, beef and dessert items. There will be more than 40 items to choose from. Entertainment will be provided by the Kirkwood Jazz Band, and the evening will conclude with an award presentation to the top chefs.

Golf for Injured Veterans Everywhere (GIVE) Foundation provides a setting for injured veterans to enhance their mental, social, physical and emotional well-being and improve their quality of life by learning the game of golf.
