The new bar will feature a dance floor, wooden walls, a shiplap bar, and other rustic elements “that transport guests to the charm of an old-time saloon with a pop of color,” the owners said.

Oak Hill Tavern, at the corner of Eighth Avenue SE and Fifth Street SE, brings a varied menu and a few novel plates to the Oak Hill Jackson neighborhood.

Applicants must be 25 years old and be able to demonstrate at least one time when they’ve solved a problem with pizza and beer. Job perks include pizza and beer.
