New Pioneer Co-op hosts Holiday Sample Fair

CORALVILLE – New Pioneer Food Co-op, 1101 Second St., invites you to sample Iowa foods and meet local vendors at itsannual Holiday Sample Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15.

Learn how to set a local holiday table this season when you taste delectable treats from more than 20 local producers.

Featured vendors include Oasis Falafel, Iowa Farm Families Pork, Grass Run Farms Grass-Fed Beef, Cheryl's Fresh Salsa, the Red Avocado, Fair Grounds, Gluten-Free Breads from Anna and more. Sample holiday fare from New Pioneer, including pumpkin cheesecake, pecan pie and sweet potato casserole. Award-winning artisan cheeses from Reichert's Dairy Air and Acoustic Farm, Applecart Orchard cider, Millstream Brewery beer, and gourmet items from across the state will be offered.

Local musicians The Beggermen and The Gilded Bats will perform on the upstairs mezzanine throughout the event.
