The engagement of Jenny Wing of Washington DC, the daughter of Jim and Barbara Wing of Cedar Rapids, to Sam Harper of Washington DC, the son of Joe Harper and Mary Beth Harper of Kent, OH, is announced. The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of the University of Iowa. She is employed with the McCrystal Group in Alexandria, VA. Her fiancé is a 2005 graduate of Kent State University. He is employed with Angle Strategies in Washington DC. The couple will be married on May 21 in Dubuque, IA.
