Steve and Kate Varcoe of Cedar Rapids are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Diane Varcoe, to Benjamin Joshua Wagoner, son of Jim Wagoner of LaGrange, IL and Ellen Terrill of Sugar Grove, IL. Lindsay graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and Villanova University School of Law. She lives in Chicago and is an attorney with Gibson & Associates, LTD. Ben received his Bachelors degree from Elmhurst College and a Masters degree from Dominican University. He lives in Geneva, IL and is a librarian with the Wheaton Public Library.The couple will exchange vows on July 10, 2010 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Iowa City, IA.
