Carrie Van Houten and Lane Stewart are
excited to announce their engagement. Carrie is the daughter of Kevin and Mary Van Houten of Cedar Rapids. Lane is the son of Mike
Stewart and Jody Stewart of Mount Vernon. Carrie graduated from Prairie High School and Mount Mercy University. She is a nurse with the Hospitalist program at St. Luke's Hospital. Lane graduated from Mount Vernon High School and is an Electrician with the Local 405. He currently works for Gerard Electric in Iowa City. An August 22nd wedding is planned at Sutliff Cider in Lisbon.
