Vail - Monserud

BOULDER, CO - Robert and Kathryn Vail, Jr. of Wilmette, IL, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Dianne of Boulder, CO, to Steven Randall Monserud of Longmont, CO. Steve is the son of Randall and the late Deborah Monserud of Cedar Rapids.

Amy is a 2001 graduate of New Trier High School in Wilmette, IL, and a 2006 graduate of the University of Iowa, having received a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in English Education at Colorado State University.

Steve is a 2001 graduate of Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, and a 2005 graduate of the University of Iowa Tippie School of Management, having received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Steve is currently employed as an accountant for the YMCA of Boulder Valley, CO.

The couple plan a June 2010 wedding at Faith, Hope and Charity Catholic Church in Winnetka, IL.
