Kelsey Elizabeth Tumey and Jason Charles Cochrane are pleased to announce their engagement.
Kelsey is the daughter of Holly Tumey and the late Daniel Tumey of Davenport, IA. She is a 2006 graduate from The University of Northern Iowa and received her MBA from The University of Iowa in May 2010.
Kelsey is employed by Rockwell Collins.
Jason is the son of Jerry and Joan Cochrane of Shueyville, IA. His is a 2006 graduate from UNI and earned his Masters in Educational Leadership from UNI in May 2010. Jason is employed by the Cedar Rapids Community School District.
The couple will be married July 10, 2010, in Davenport.
