Larry and Lauri Tow of Amana, IA announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey, to Jason Dingbaum of Iowa City. Jason is the son of Leon Dingbaum of Iowa City, and Marsha Davenport of Moline, IL.
Chelsey is a graduate of the University of Iowa, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Jason is a graduate of Iowa State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.
An August 21, 2010, wedding is planned at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort.
