Stovie - Brighton

Nicole Kathryn Stovie and Kolin David Brighton are engaged to be married.

Nicole is the daughter of John and Kim Stovie of Prairieburg, IA, and the granddaughter of Ray and Cecilia Stovie of Central City, IA and Ken and Aggie Sullivan of Shueyville, IA. Kolin is the son of David and Becky Brighton of Fort Dodge, IA and grandson of Rev. George and Norma Brighton of Newall, IA and Herb and Iva May Kracht of Peterson, IA.

Nicole is a graduate of Xavier High School, Loras College, and Mount Mercy College, and is currently a 4th and 5th grade teacher at All Saints School in Cedar Rapids. Kolin is a graduate of Storm Lake St. Mary's and Kirkwood Community College, and is currently the production manager at Cedar Ridge Winery and Distillery in Swisher, IA.

The couple will be married in the U.S. Virgin Islands this summer.

They reside in Cedar Rapids.
