Randy and Kathy Steffen of Winthrop are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Jo, to Benjamin Michael Donnelly, son of Mike and Deb Donnelly of Independence.
Katie is employed at Mercer in Iowa City and Ben works for East Central Iowa REC out of Vinton. The couple is planning a 2 p.m. wedding to be held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Winthrop on May 29, 2010, with a reception and dance to follow at Heartland Acres in Independence.
