Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Smith of Cedar Rapids, and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Waugh of Maquoketa, are proud to announce the engagement of Renae Louise Smith and Bradley Kenneth Waugh.
On November 7, 2009, Bradley proposed to Renae in front of the friends who had started it all. They plan to be married at First Assembly of God Church in Cedar Rapids on March 27, 2010.
