Together with their families, Cortney Cathleen Smith and Jonathan Howgate are excited to announce their engagement. Cortney is the daughter of John and Dyan Smith of Cedar Rapids and Jonathan is the son of John and Katherine Howgate of Burton on the Wolds, England.
Cortney is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BA in French. She is currently enrolled at Cordon Bleu cooking school in London. Jonathan graduated from University of Bath with a BSc in International Management and Modern Languages. He is Principal Advisor at KPMG in London. A destination wedding is being planned.
